JH10KW-AC220V AC Load Tester

In response to the customer’s load requirements, we have developed a set of outdoor‑rated AC 220 V dry‑type load units. This system includes a 10 kW purely resistive load and meets the technical standards for functionality, performance, operation, structure, installation, and testing applicable to dry‑type load test systems and their accessories. It provides users with an efficient and reliable solution for conducting load tests on generator sets and other load‑bearing equipment. Our products have been in service for many years, with continuous improvements and refinements, making them mature, dependable, and safe. The load test system comprises two main components: the control system and the load bank, which include alloy resistors, tap‑change contactors, an electrical parameter data acquisition system, protective devices, cooling systems, and auxiliary controls. The load bank is housed in a weather‑proof enclosure, designed for outdoor use.

The load unit complies with the technical standards governing the functionality, performance, operating procedures, structure, installation, and testing of dry‑type load test systems and their associated accessories, providing users with an efficient and reliable solution for conducting load tests on generator sets and other load‑bearing equipment. Our products have been in operation for many years, with continuous improvements and refinements, making them mature, dependable, and safe.

    The load testing system consists of two main components: the control system and the load bank. It primarily comprises alloy resistors, gear‑selection contactors, an electrical parameter data acquisition system, a protection system, a cooling system, and auxiliary control units. The load bank is housed in an enclosure and is designed for outdoor use.
