The battery charge–discharge testing system is independently developed, produced, and manufactured by our company. This product can be used for battery pack capacity measurement, capacity verification, charge–discharge aging, and performance testing, among other applications.
Hardware: Adopts a modular design, digital DSP control, high‑precision current and voltage sampling, and an outstanding independent‑channel architecture. It supports multi‑channel parallel operation, enabling customers to configure various current levels and facilitating easy scalability. It also supports simultaneous charge–discharge on the same port or on separate ports, along with auxiliary channel voltage and temperature sensing, BMS data acquisition, and an independent airflow path that ensures excellent thermal stability.
Software: A robust software platform with database management and fully digital operation; the user interface is simple and intuitive. The system automatically controls charging and discharging modes, eliminating the need for manual recording of test data and ensuring both efficiency and accuracy.
Energy consumption: During charging, PWM soft-switching technology is employed to enhance system efficiency and reduce losses; during discharging, the device feeds the battery’s energy back into the grid, enabling energy recovery and savings.

The BPTS series features a flexible, modular architecture that allows multiple instruments to be easily installed in standard 19-inch racks. Users can freely configure and combine components to suit their specific needs, thereby avoiding redundant purchases and unnecessary costs.
The BPTS series features an independent multi-channel architecture, simplifying the wiring complexity between devices and the PC in multi-channel systems. Once configured as a multi-channel power system, connecting the communication interface of one power supply to the PC enables independent control of each unit via host‑computer software; each channel can operate completely independently, offering users greater flexibility and significantly boosting equipment utilization.
