  • I. Scope of Application

    It is used for functional verification testing of semi‑finished and finished products, as well as for research‑lab testing, in the production processes of power battery packs for automotive electronics, aerospace, marine applications, solar energy storage, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, backup power systems, communication power supplies, and energy storage.

    III. Equipment and Environmental Requirements

    2.1 Power Supply: AC voltage 380 V/220 V ±10%, frequency: 50 Hz ±10%;

    2.2 Ambient temperature: 0–35°C;

    2.3 The environment shall be free of vibration, strong magnetic field interference, corrosive gases, and flammable or explosive gases.

    Basic Test Items

    ⑧ Charging test (continuous charging function of the battery pack, to verify whether charging is operating normally)
    ⑨ Overcurrent Charging Test (testing the battery pack’s overcurrent protection function, supporting secondary-level protection testing)

    ⑪ Short‑circuit test (measures the battery’s cut‑off protection time for a positive–negative short circuit, in the µs range; supports disabling voltage detection and enabling recovery voltage detection)
    ⑫ Insulation resistance test: Measure the insulation resistance between the battery pack’s positive terminal and any exposed conductive external parts, as well as between the battery pack’s negative terminal and any exposed conductive external parts, under rated DC voltage conditions.

    ⑬ Withstand Voltage Test: A corresponding voltage shall be applied between the positive terminal of the battery pack and any exposed conductive parts on the exterior, as well as between the negative terminal of the battery pack and any exposed conductive parts on the exterior; no breakdown or flashover shall occur.     An appropriate voltage shall be applied between the external interface terminals—other than the positive and negative terminals—and any externally exposed conductive parts.
