JH8654 Fast-Charging Comprehensive Test System (for testing mobile phone chargers)

The JH8654 fast‑charging adapter test system comprises three components: a multi‑protocol load module, a digital power meter, and an Android‑based operator terminal. It is primarily used for functional testing, parameter measurement, and performance evaluation of external power supplies such as power adapters—both PCBA units and finished products. The load module integrates four independent, programmable multi‑protocol electronic load channels, offering standard electronic load functionality while supporting QC and PD fast‑charging protocols. The PF digital power meter incorporates four standalone AC test modules and an isolation transformer, enabling a single unit to perform most functional tests on PCBA or finished products; when testing fast charging, no additional auxiliary devices like dummy loads are required. The system supports file import and export, allowing test results to be directly saved as documents onto USB storage devices such as flash drives. It also features both manual R&D mode and automated testing, making it suitable for development debugging and performance assessment as well as for high‑volume production‑line testing.
