The load testing system consists of two main components: the control system and the load bank. It primarily comprises alloy resistors, gear‑selection contactors, an electrical parameter data acquisition system, a protection system, a cooling system, and auxiliary controls. The load bank is housed in an enclosure and is designed for outdoor use.
